You definitely will, Chris.

Cheers @11gawa.bsky.social. Good things in store for your lot this season, I can tell.

It's a tough one. I'd love to post on here more, but the truth is I have a small but rusted-on following on X.

That said, I think many of us just appreciate anywhere that lets us talk about football.

Twitter's degeneration is truly maddening.

There's still a critical mass of Australian football fans who want to talk about the sport on there - something you don't find elsewhere online.

Yet whenever I log in, I'm bombarded with extremist takes I didn't ask for.

The tech bros really are insane!

Is #MLS the new frontier for Aussie footballers?

I had a chat with @nashvillesc.bsky.social midfielder Patrick Yazbek about why his move to the Music City has worked out so well - and why he thinks the league is on track to becoming one of the best in the world.

Absolutely insane behaviour, if it's true, given one of the league's best players was arrested last year and is facing serious charges for the exact same thing.

Cheers Chris!

Not sure what's next. There'll be plenty of football involved, I'm sure.

"It’ll be interesting to see how many fans turn up in Tarneit on Friday – and how many tune in on TV, given Paramount+ have the exclusive broadcast – but it’s Saturday night’s showdown between two of the biggest clubs in the land that could set the tone." #ALM

"While Wellington Phoenix came within a game of making the grand final under Giancarlo Italiano last season, there’s always been a sense – in Australia, at least – that the Phoenix were merely making up the numbers." #AucklandFC #ALeague

No doubt. But some of the comments you see online these days are really grating.

And there's a specific type of individual - these always-online 'shitposters' - who make writing and talking about football on the internet extremely irritating.

Massive game for the #Socceroos in front of what should be a packed Sydney crowd tonight.

Not every day Australia plays a #WCQ with so much on the line.

Will be interesting to see how the Indonesians fare away from home. They certainly proved they're no pushovers in Jakarta.
