Isn't the singer's voice what matters. In the old days a singer would stand alone on stage and just sing, and the audience would be transported by her vocal qualities and personality. Today no one dares to sing without some sort of extravagant, Cirque du Soleil-like production to bludgeon them with.

Trump sabotaging Biden's peace proposal to assure winning the election reminds me of Nixon convincing the North Vietnamese to not accept a peace treaty with the Johnson administration, promising them a better deal if he is elected. That's the kind of traitorous behavior no war veteran can tolerate.

I know. But I simply wanted to emphasize that Trump's character flaws are not unusual. We see these warped humans throughout history. They come back periodically to infect our societies like Covid or the Plague. And we will never be rid of them. Because they are us.

Sadly, Trump is not subhuman. We've seen his type many times throughout history, men who lack empathy, men who were never taught the higher virtues, men who lack the intelligence and wit to even see who they really are, men who lust for power rather than the respect of the honorable and just.

Nothing says "Trump is a moron" more than having RFK Jr. decide health policy. Thousands may end up dying and it will all be because of the unquestioning support for Trump's idiocy by the Republican Party.
