The 2019 Hong Kong protests took place in a small territory with a culturally homogeneous population and one of the strictest gun laws in the world. And just as importantly, these protests were overtly pro-Trump. Therefore many of their tactics are inappropriate in the current US context.

In the UK it is not unusual for recipients of orders of chivalry to return the insignia to the government as signs of protest.

Will recipients of the US Presidential Medal of Freedom do likewise, in protest of the posthumous award ot the said medal to Charlie Kirk?

Circumcision does not cause autism, sure; but to say circumcision benefits the child is highly controversial.

All Western nations, with the exception of the United States, have low circumcision rates, and healthwise they are doing alright.

This reminds me why I (an ex-Hongkonger) rarely attend protests.

On Facebook the responses to this tiny protest were universally negative - not just the usual "you're pro-Hamas" copped by pro-Palestinian protesters in the West, but also "you're pro-CCP" and swear words too offensive to repeat here.
