I feel alone as my elected representative isn't rising to the moment. My mental health is not so good today, with ICE agents roaming YOUR DISTRICT.

Glad to see it, but agree. People were grabbed a 1/2 mile from here in Lincoln Square and I see no sign of my representative @quigley.house.gov anywhere.
He has made some nice posts today about Italian-American Heritage month and the death of the Loyola basketball nun.
So, that's nice.

There's not a week that goes by that I am not blasting some iteration of his music around my house.

You may not know his name, but a lot of the artists you love do. Among us, just saying "Dex" says it all. It's like a three letter password to a world of music hidden right under our noses.

On 10/16 DEX ROMWEBER will be inducted to the NC Music Hall of Fame. I felt so proud, honored, and HUMBLED to have him on my label for so many years. It was like rocknroll karma payback.

His mom was my junior high English teacher. The Monday after his SNL appearance, she was regarded as some sort of ethereal creature on another plane of existence in the dingy, yellow-ish hallways.

And she was very giddy and proud.
