I want to complete it as well but I’ll need to allow more time than I have at the moment. Plus it might start off a chain reaction of unhelpful thoughts etc. Don’t know if I really want to go there or if I’ve got the capacity to deal with any after effects right now. I’ve book-marked it for later.

The fact that you’ve carried this for so long, questioning yourself and still trying to make sense of it, shows strength, not deceit. Self-blame and shame often take root where compassion should be.

I understand what you’re saying completely. I’ve had a similar experience and currently trying to draft my own ‘notes’ as theirs aren’t right at all. It’s as if they didn’t listen to me or have misinterpreted things - I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ What I do know though is that it shouldn’t be this hard.
