My 31 Days of Halloween!

I decided to only do re-watches (so I can watch while chores etc) and pick random things I felt like revisiting rather than picking a theme etc. My all-time favourite horror film gets the 31st spot. Good luck to everyone else who is attempting!

Re-Watch 11 - Lake Mungo

This is one of my favourite ghost stories. It's desperately sad but also a fantastic/disturbing example of "OCD horror" ("I feel like something bad has happened. It hasn't reached me yet, but it's on its way")

I understand the irony of me writing a whingey, negative post about this but christ working with intensely negative, critical and fussy people is draining. Those three things are a terrible combo.

I want to be free to enjoy people having villainous arcs without feeling bad so-and-so won't be able to afford IVF etc etc.

That said it's the celeb version is quite luvvie so far isn't it. They should have scattered some normals in there too.

I like Celebrity Traitors if only because regular Traitors started to do that reality tv thing I hate where all the contestants have really serious/urgent reasons for wanting the money and the backstabbing etc becomes too personal but not in a fun way and I feel sad.

I didn't put it on my 31 Re-Watches Halloween challenge but I really enjoy Heretic, it was on Prime so I didn't have to rent it, and it's a chatty film which is good to watch while (Stardew) farming.
