This lunatic is going to trigger a military coup. Which at this point would not be a bad thing.

I had the whole movie on vinyl. In high school, my parents wouldn’t let me go, but my dorky friends and I would listen to it and practice the dances and the audience callouts. When I went to college, I was ready 🫦🫦🫦

We used to bring squirt guns for the rain, newspapers to cover our hair in the rain… it’s been 30 years since I’ve been to a showing, but I bet I still know all the songs and can do the dances in the aisle

when my daughter (21) was helping me cook last week I marked up a recipe in a new cookbook in PEN to adjust two ingredients, so it would be easier for her to follow. She looked a bit shocked. But seriously, that is too much onion and we both dislike rosemary. Sorry, Ina 🤷‍♀️

Experience and enjoy everything physical in your 30s. Your 40s are the last decade you can predictably count on your health and your body.

It might be my particular mix of subscriptions/Follows, but everything I see on substack is good quality content. Today I read a blog about a holy shrine in England, and watched a video explaining the origins of fascism. Ignore the comments feature and it doesn’t feel like social media.

Jfc this is how actual experienced people get shut out of decent jobs by the wealthy. Create a degree or certification, and if someone doesn’t have it (or the “right” one), no longer qualified.
This gatekeeping needs to be called out more.
