Retired Union Carpenter. Dedicated Democrat. Full of disdain for MAGA. Wishing for the old Republican Party so I can just dislike them and stop hating.

It would be so much easier for them to be reelected by the 70% who oppose the bill than the 30% who support it. Even if they are still trash.
He is probably waiting to see if the shooter is a registered republican or not. Republican=silence
Democrat=outrage
Can you say stolen valor? I guarantee his sycophants will forget how when it comes to their godking.

Leaked rough draft of the questionnaire given to soldiers before his rally at Fort Liberty.
I assure you though, the red hats have absolutely nothing against this abuse of power. When they come for you, and they will come for you, who will be left to stand with you?
By using the federalized national guard as a police force, he has again broken from the constitution. The Posse Comitatus act clearly limits the power of the federal government to use the military against citizens of the United States.
We need to be very clear about what is happening in LA with regard to federalization of the national guard. The national guard, when federalized, acts as an extension of the US military and therefore must follow the guidelines of the military detailed by the constitution.

Keep focusing on the destruction of democracy. Keep focusing on him breaking law after law and trying to break the constitution. Keep focusing on the things that they don’t want you to focus on.
Keep focusing on the Big Beautiful Billionaire Bill. Keep focusing on them picking up immigrants from work, courts and home and trying to disappear them without due process.
I could not care less if the two of them are fighting like little kids. This is to reset the news cycle. If you turn on any news broadcast, this is what they are talking about.

If you are trying to earn a place in heaven, maybe siding with a conman who has been found guilty of sexual assault along with 34 felony convictions is not the best way??? Just saying.
So remember house republicans, when this bill comes back to you after the senate marks it up with changes, you can vote no. You have the choice, rather, the responsibility to read and vote on the bill.
Follow up question. Can you use the fact that you did not read the document as an excuse?

No. You own the responsibility to read the bill and you own the consequences of your actions.
TACO question of the day.

As a representative in the house, if you approve a bill and later learn that the bill contains things you supposedly do not agree with, do you still own the responsibility for signing the document?

Yes.
Maybe they are someone you do not interact with much. They may be the guy who works at your house, or they work at a restaurant that you frequent, or maybe they are your sister. I know two personally that would change the lives of so many. They may not be from the targeted countries yet. Not yet.
Of the 238 people that were disappeared to El Salvador’s brutal terrorist prison for what amounts to a life sentence, only 32 of them had convictions and 6 of those convicted were of a violent nature. Everyone knows someone who could have been placed on one of these flights.
What that due process is can be debated, but tossing people, many of whom are here legally, on a plane in the middle of the night to send them to a gulag in El Salvador for life does not reach that mark. Not even close.
There is clear precedent for exactly this question. It has been litigated many times and the courts have upheld each time that any “person” who is in the United States is entitled to due process.
Here is the plain text of the Constitution.

Fifth amendment: No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Taco question of the day

Is the right of due process guaranteed by the Constitution and is that right guaranteed to all people regardless of race, gender, or legal status in the United States of America?

Answer: YES! Emphatically Yes!!!
One thing that is exceedingly clear is that the red hats do not hate criminals or the crimes they commit. They just don’t want anyone not wearing a red hat to be the criminal engaged in those crimes.
