That was the selling price in 2020. Looking at the selling history, it looks like the price kept being dropped which would indicate that the house needed work. According to tax records, the 2024 tax value is $202,000 which is always lower than market value.

Not if all of them decided to come down with the flu at the same time. When I lived in NY, when the police wanted a raise but were denied, majority of the came down with what was called the 'blue flu'. Usually, it worked and they got their raise.
