The ghosts and Mr fiend were definitely the scariest. That game just has an eerie ps1 presence to it. It’s hard to describe unless you specifically grew up with it.

There's a considerable difference to my art when I get rid of the lineart. It's like I should've been painting in the first place.

I've been complacent and haven't been pushing myself after 2023. I love some of my recent works but they just don't hit as hard as when I made these pieces.

Usually when I make fan art, I also try and match the values from official references, especially with cell shading.
