The sign: Bill 212 is arbitrary and reckless, but it does NOT block every new bike lane project in Toronto or anywhere in Ontario. And to date no municipality has been prescribed to require provincial approval, not even Toronto despite the (now unconstitutional) attempts to remove Bloor, Yonge, University.
