Lychee and Aster!!
The darlings!!
Four frames of a story. Aster crawls onto the ledge of a balcony, calling to Lychee, the birthday girl. He doesnt notice her curled up and upset at first, mentioning how the party is going on without her. He invites her to join everyone. Lychee, however, is not feeling festive Lychee mentions how she doesn't know anyone at the party, and asks that Aster say she's sick. Aster, knowing this is wrong, asks Lychee what is bothering her. To which Lychee starts to cry. Aster, immediately by her side, apologizing, tries to comfort her Aster requests a hug, only to have Lychee lunge at him, grabbing him tightly around the middle in a tight embrace. He hugs her back, trying to soothe her. Lychee, however, continues to cry, saying that she misses someone. She cannot celebrate without him. Aster, knowing Lychee needs someone, promises to tell everyone she's sick and he'll come back. Lychee, however, now finding comfort in the hug, asks Aster to stay, which he obliges

My most recent story doodle!
Lychee is a ringtailed lemur, which means she has 2 tongues. (Not drawn well)
Aster, the Tamarin, is not sure what to think.
