Mostly posting about concepts related to the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO), MOHO tools, 'Recovery through Activity' topics, Occupational Formulation and measurable occupational goals.

Retired from OT training but I can pass on details of current trainers if OTs DM me.
If you want an assessment that captures pain and fatigue directly, you might be interested in the NIH Activity record.
You can find it on the MOHO IRM website. Go to the Products tab and click on Free Resources
Hi Hannah.
Does the MOHOST's occupational focus have to limit your comments? You could comment on how a person's volition, habituation and skills are impacted by pain or indeed by any other symptoms.

Occupational Therapy isn’t about what people can’t do – it’s about finding ways for them to live their lives to the fullest 🤍💚

Our brilliant OTs have been at the front of the hospital this morning having conversations about how occupational therapists can help people stay well for longer.

Greener practice, better outcomes involves helping people recognise the benefits of sustainability for our health.
That's why I've been working on an OT intervention programme which includes the topic 'Protecting our Environment'.
It's the right time for this.
Whoo-ee . Those are big expectations, but thank you ☺️
Thanks so much, Lisa. Fingers crossed I do you proud.
Agreed - and first, we need to measure the outcomes of Occupational Therapy.
We kicked off #OTWeek2025 with our online event, From Crisis to Prevention: Leading the Future of OT! What an inspiring start to the week. 💚
