It is clear to anyone with a brain that someone in an inflatable frog costume cannot pose the requisite threat required for an official to deploy a chemical agent into the costume's air intake fan. This is excessive force and fascism.

I’m Gen X. So as a kid, my summers meant getting shoved out of the house. Playing outside until dark. We swam, scraped our knees, fought, made up, and met girls. You had to make friends in the flesh. No choice.
