They are supposed to be a bit overpowered lol. I'm glad the cart scene presented well. I always worry about the reception to that scene for no reason.

It's meant to be there. In fact, there are 6 hells and 3 "heavens." They will play an important role in later books. (I want at least 6 books)

Book one was supposed to end at ch 10. But I wanted it to be longer so I added more chapters. Plus there was an 8 year gap in writing the ch 10 to writing the rest of the book. I had practiced and almost perfected my writing style during that gap. So yeah it might feel a little different.

I am thinking about making an art book (I have tons of character art [none of Halt though]) that will have character descriptions and interesting little tidbits about them.

I love Halt! I thought of him as a classic Nosferatu and that makes him hold a special place in my heart. (I love old horror films) It hurt to kill him but it was necessary to amp up the stakes. He is kind of a throwaway character, but I still love him.
