Yep, many corporations had already planned to expand as a result of the Infrastructure Act. Think it's pathetic that some are just giving Trump figures from routine operations (last bullet point). They are saving themselves and allowing Trump to claim victory- doesn't matter if it's hallow..

IDEA will be moved under HHS and be destroyed. States will begin to turn down IDEA funds- releasing them from the law’s requirements, which will weaken protections and services for students with disabilities.

Project 2025 left out some details, but this will likely be the end result. Shameful.
