Great question. Yes, you feel your abdomen expand as you inhale and contract as you exhale, engaging your diaphragm. When you inhale through your nose your also filling your lunges.
Take time to pause, take a deep breath and appreciate what you have. It's so easy to focus on what we don't have instead of what we do have. Pause... breathe deeply... reflect...and appreciate #meditation #justbreathe #deepbreathing #pauseandreflect #apreciatewhatyouhave
