Who is describing it as ‘A-Level English’?
There is a Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages & a B2 level of French, say, would be ~a UK A Level - in French.
But a B2 level in English is *not* the same as an UK A level in English.
Media/Govt - just use the CEFR levels ffs!

That "if" thing. I walk almost 2 hrs with my fcr, and we go to agility and gundog work most weeks, and I try and do obedience training. But I'd still be daunted.
