basically this. your favorite small art house studio uses AI and it helped make expedition 33, which everyone seems to be willing to give a pass. clearly its not a hard line for some people especially if it wins game of the year awards

Marriage Toxin

Dude who is the head of a clan of poison users needs to go on dates and find someone to marry and have a kid with in order to let his lesbian sister live her life. Pretty good. I like the main character and the side characters aren't half bad. 7.5/10.

It's fine. It's very generic, feels like the editor is running the show and nothing stands out too much, BUT you know what you're going to get and to some people, that's enough. There's appeal to something that doesn't require a lot of your attention to read and understand.

One Punch Man

Started off pretty good as a parody of shonen manga but then it just turned into a generic shonen manga. The switch came probably because the author realized that the gag would've gotten old past the 70th chapter, but I would still prefer that over dollar store DBZ.

Parasyte

This was really cool. Alien parasites invade people's bodies and take over their brains. Protagonist is one of the few people who, due to a fail takeover, ended up with the parasite being limited to controlling another body part.

The Elusive Samurai

I tried the first 2 chapters of Assassination Classroom and couldn't get into it. Elusive Samurai on the other hand is way more interesting and captivating. A major glow up for the author.

It's pretty good so far. I've seen some people talk about it like it's the best thing in SJ right now but that's too much. Then again, I have the constant feeling that the best is yet to come so it has plenty of room to surprise me.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't boycott if you don't feel comfortable with something, but that you shouldn't get your hopes up that everyone will join you. Also, don't stake your values or see the public perception of them reflected in the popularity of a boycott.

People really need to understand that casual gamers do not give a fuck about your outrage and will buy whatever interests them. There's a reason why "boycotts" for popular game series/developers always tend to fail.
