Sweet onion dip aka “crack dip” with nice toasted garlic rubbed baguette slices. Finally got it to not break by oh what’s that, following the recipe. XD

Made a new to me Italian dish tonight, pasta al baffo. Typically a ham cream sauce, I made it with pancetta bc I had some on hand. The name may originate from an Italian phrase “da leccarsi i baffi” which means “So good you’ll lick your whiskers.”!

It’s just work. I shouldn’t let it affect me so much. Will be trying to keep the mental areas separate and allow myself to enjoy time away from it. Especially with BLFC next week tho I’ll be working during the day D:

I’ve been thru periods of work this stressful before but it has been awhile. Coworker tried to articulate his disdain for a pressure cooker 2026 planning effort we are currently undergoing. And I said “Every day it feels like we’re fighting for our lives.” His reply, “Yep, nailed it.”
