Thanks for your kind comment. I love art, especially unconventional work. It’s almost a litmus test to what society was like in those times. As for your Lego analogy, when I was a kid in the 1960’s, that could have been me! Legos were fun as heck! Have an amazing day!😊

Your photograph is awesome! Yet, forgive me if you don’t like my analogy, but it almost has an almost surreal quality to it…like Salvador Dali or Hieronymus Bosch. Again, please forgive me if my reply is too off-base. Just know, it’s wonderful. Thank you for sharing!!😊👍

Humorous Selfie ©2025 Jeffrey Gershom - A black and white photograph of me by way of a self-portrait. I let my self deprecating humor get the best of me. I've been through a lot in my life, personal and with the military. I have realized that we need to lighten up some...not all the way, but enough to ease the burden of our times. I'm using both my cameras in a funny way to hide my face, but also to have it symbolize my "spectacles" in my interpreting the world around me. Remember, humor is very important. So important that I believe that his is what separates us from "mindless" AI.

Researching one of my favorite photographers, Gordon Parks. His work is phenomenal. "American Gothic"!

Keeping Busy ©2025 Jeffrey Gershom - A color photograph, self-portrait, of me at the Grand Island Public Library in 2013. I was doing some research of one of my favorite photographers, Gordon Parks (1912-2006). One of his most iconic photographs, "American Gothic" - 1942, was taken while he was working as a photographer for the FSA Project (Farm Security Administration). Another one of my favorite photographers also worked on this famous project, Dorothea Lange.

Multiplayer is "okay" on modern consoles, but nothing compares when I was younger and the vibes I felt playing PacMan, Space Invaders, Asteroids, etc at a REAL arcade. Being around other people in such close proximity to one another was special. Late 70's and early 80's...I miss those times.
