This is the first German-only Beatles compilation. Originally released in 1964 (mono only), this is the 1969 re-issue (in stereo) on the blue Odeon label, which was available until 1981.

It sounds great, the vinyl seems barely played.

I think it sounds very good. Clear vocals, the music much punchier. No comparison to the Live In NYC album, which IMO sounds muddy and more like a bootleg. At € 70 it is not a bargain, even with the poster and postcards included. It is a very good pressing though.
