Privatization of public services amounts to one thing:

Pulverization of responsibility.

When a public service become a company it fragments into multiple entities with their own boards and directors. It doesn't make the service cheaper or better, it just hides the cost while nothing gets fixed.

Stortingsvalg i dag, bruk stemmeretten!

Parliamentary election in Norway today.
The rest of the world doesn't make that distiction.
There's a reason they don't recognize the ICC.
I don't, the dangers of ignorance must never be hidden because of shame.
Who knew that alternative facts was only an entry drug into alternative universes?
I did have hope that they'd keep the stupid contained within their borders, I realize now I was mistaken.
Why don't people just charter a plane, and pilot it yourself, after a few YouTube videos?

It's interesting how people demand to have a qualified pilot, yet when it comes to their own bodies, they make decisions based on the opinions of apparent unknowledgeable, unskilled individuals.
Well, we knew it was going to happen, we've seen it happen for the last 7-8 months. It's not new(s) anymore, it's the current reality.

So, what are you doing to fix it? Because no one is coming to save you.

Those Reform nutjobs reminded me:
"Being British is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer, grabbing an Indian curry or Turkish kebab takeaway, then going home to sit on Swedish furniture & watch American shows on a Japanese TV, while being suspicious of anything foreign."
It's like ending up watching Space Balls when you really wanted to see Star Wars, except it's not funny.
Are you really so naive as to think that the deployment of troops in your cities has anything to do with crime?
The morning walk to the office could've been worse.
Indeed, and from that we can conclude that the greatest achievement of Trump will be a tighter, more independent, Europe.
Well now, someone's a bit easy on that block button. Anyways, if anyone "for some reason" wants to learn more about this, here is a nice analysis of the difference in MSM coverage in Europe vs America.

I watched European news and it changed me as an American.

Yeah, it seemed like you needed it explained, "for some reason" or another.

You're welcome Sue, glad to be of help.
In every social context I'm in, either private or professionally, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, is negative to the current direction of the US and their Administration.

Beyond that, it takes time to untangle 80+ years of cooperation, we just hope he perishes before it reaches a point of no return.
One of the reasons is called Fox 'News'. I suggest you review the insane amount of misinformation, inuendo, and propaganda they feed into the brainof their viewers.

America have a large part of its population being led around on a leash of ignorance and malfeasance.
For anyone so daft they haven't realized it yet; Russia wants guarantees that Ukraine, and other potential annexation targets, are left defenseless, diminished, and ripe for conquest.

It's that fucking simple. The world needs to pop their heads out of the permanent shade and breathe some reality.
In most other Western democracies, this is addressed by having more political parties, each representing a distinct set of policies. Executive power is then established through compromise, with parties forming coalitions to secure a governing majority.
Uhm, yes, the monarch in your particular case is essentially ceremonial, as he should be. After all, that's what all the 18-19th revolutionizing was all about. Power to the people and all that.
And uneducated, most countries around the world have work-visas for critical skills in short demand. These visas can in most cases, when sufficient time has passed, lead to permanent residence and eventually citizenship.

If you find a willing sponsor employer it's achievable.

If Russia, and Putin, is rewarded with territory after invading a sovereign country, what would stop him for doing the same other places?

And what would that entail for other territorial claims, the most pressing being China and their ambitions for Taiwan?
If Ukraine is forced to cede land to Russia, it will constitute as the unprecedented largest single failure of American foreign policy ever.
The format appears to resonate with a substantial part of Americans, perhaps you should address the reasons to that issue.

AFAIC, America has lost its greatness, but the reason for that has never been addressed by either political spectrum.
I read somewhere that the current US wealth disparity is greater than it was in France 1789. Is that true?
