If they want to remove their personal pacifiers, then fine, let em in. It's not discrimination since tactical vest are not constitutionally protected.

They eat meals somewhere.

Absolutely true, but if/when they do decide to trust you, it is with their whole heart and soul, and is the most rewarding feeling. Every cat in my house was born feral and trapped/rescued by me. Some take years to allow me into their space.

Yep. "Lilly" was a sweet, delicate name for a petite kitten. She grew up and decided to make a liar out of us and mockery of her name.

States (with a conscience) should just go back to a lockbox in the town square where people drop their hand-scribbled ballots.
