People sometimes ask how I keep up my video production consistency.

This program is a big part of that. Not a sponsored post, just a fan. 😉

What editor are you using, and what features do you like about it?
4. Transitions - Improve the flow from one scene to the next with the drag and drop editor.

5. Titles - Drag, drop, and edit title and subtitle templates with ease.

6. Stickers - Add visual interest with drag and drop motion graphics.
1. Audio Normalization - Normalize audio levels with the click of a button.

2. Video Auto Enhance - Enhance the sharpness, brightness, and contrast of clips with one click.

3. Filters - Adjust colours, lighting, and skin tones with simple overlays.
There are many great video editing programs available, but the one I'm using most for desktop editing right now is Filmora by Wondershare.

Here are six features I use to bump up the quality of my edits in minutes.

I haven't had any yet, but it's nice to think there's the possibility of expanding our reach this way. 📈
I've been trying it. Haven't noticed much difference so far.
I've managed through my first 30 days of consistent posting on Typeshare.

It's reminded me that the benefits of daily consistency come not from the incremental gains of not missing a given day, but from the cumulative benefits of not missing a bunch of days, disguised as "just one day."
The first three seconds will make or break your short-form video content!

So here are four hooks that have worked on my channel, where I've built an average "stayed to watch" rate of ~64%.

My spookiest photo ever! 👻

It's called chromatic aberration, which is a phenomenon that occurs in photography when light interacts with the lens.

It usually just looks like a green dot, but it interacted with my reflection in the window, creating the ghostly face.

Happy Halloween! 🎃

Today, just a question:

How would you rank these sources for content ideas:

- AI Generators
- Content Aggregators
- Competitor Analysis
- "Manual" Online Research
- Everyday Experience

Feel free to add to the list if you think something is missing.
It’s got to be the 8th or 9th 😂
Thanks very much, John 😀

Sometimes the best option is not a big change in plans.

It's just doing more of the things that are working, and compounding those over time.

Aka, the grind! 😉

3. Keep sharing promotional posts, podcast clips, and repurposed short-form videos across social media networks.

Although we do get some organic traffic on YouTube, promoting our channels off-platform also helps.
2. Continue to be consistent with publishing new podcast episodes,

This long-form content is a great way to provide deeper value to subscribers and create opportunities for collaboration with other content creators.
