So, to summarize:
- no shipping to the US (until further notice)
- no shipping to Canada (for the duration of the strike)
Donations are welcome, purchases help me clear room for more creations, and commissions are even more so (as they do not take space).

The sketch/drawing of an armoured sniper being blown his head out while not knowing what's happened. From the on-sale Acid Bufferzone softcover.
I drew this more than six or seven years ago, though.

It actually depends on who is to blame.
If they manage to prove that they were misled by the US customs, nobody is going to pay for it (since the US customs are, obviously, in a different country).

It is such an absurd situation.
(waiting to see if postal services that resumed shipping will do the same)
n13e86.bsky.social
Not just a few.
89 postal operators around the world suspended parcel shipment to the US.
After that, several (UK, Canada and Australia) entered a dubious collaboration with Zonos, which is designated as a "qualified party" by the US customs.
And, UPU is working on a general solution.

That sounds like they were trying to find new and exciting ways to make it worse.

Along with the pose, reminds me of Simone from Nier:Automata.

I am saying that "universal protocol of how social media work" would only be accepted as universal BEFORE disconnected social media became prominent.
At that point, we would need "protocol of connecting existing networks" instead.
n13e86.bsky.social
Well, fuck those assholes then.
I do care that I might get randomly banned forever for no apparent reason.
n13e86.bsky.social
Again, leaving "their PDS" will not affect them being the only app around.
Likewise, it will not affect their ability to just ban you. Because they "Can Just Do Things".
n13e86.bsky.social
Those appropriate channel produce no response.
The "vast majority of users" (citation needed) might be simply unaware that this is going on.
Responses like this help with that.
n13e86.bsky.social
Yes, BUILDING.
As of now, there is nothing - and yet they keep talking how you can ✨Just Leave✨.
n13e86.bsky.social
No, that is not "the bottom line".
My question was insufficiently informed, but it has nothing to do with "this other app".
If I get banned by Bluesky, I won't be able to use "other apps" because there are no "other apps" equivalent to it and connected to it.
It's a social network, not a "protocol"?
n13e86.bsky.social
Why "no it's not"?
It's the most pressing concern right now in regards to this site.
n13e86.bsky.social
I am saying that as long as moderation happens above PDS level, none of this matters.
n13e86.bsky.social
Every post by Bluesky's team is an appropriate place to ask about moderation practices.
n13e86.bsky.social
I really couldn't care less about "Reddit, but with fewer people".
n13e86.bsky.social
And how would I know?
All I've seen was the large amount of comments about that under the post quoted here, with developer's responses.
Outdated, perhaps.
n13e86.bsky.social
It would be deleted if "that person" hosted data on Bluesky's server.
And the app we're talking about currently requires that (it does not accept alternative addresses)
n13e86.bsky.social
You can tell that to everyone they recently banned.
n13e86.bsky.social
Don't they also delete your data when they do?
n13e86.bsky.social
It requires a Bluesky account, doesn't it?
And moderation on Bluesky results in you no longer having that.
n13e86.bsky.social
Well, you can always mix a bit of glossy black into the darkest metallic you have.
n13e86.bsky.social
Is it independent from Bluesky's moderation?
Up until now, that was not the case.
