I do a sewn bind-off with a full twist the most often. It's fussy and kind of slow, but I can give it every bit as much stretch as the yarn over bind off, without the bulk and flare.

I feel that way sometimes about my appointments. I'll think I should just cancel, but it'll be too late, so I show up anyway. And yet, my therapist always manages to ask questions that get me talking (rather than the sort that make me freeze up).

See that fluffy cat face in my profile pic? That's Pan. He was in a kill center in Utah. Social media alerted me to his situation. Social media peeps from a different platform drove a relay across multiple states to get him to me in Indiana.

We had a frost advisory last night, so I cut all the basils. Tomatoes and peppers still seem ok this morning, but it won't be long. I sure am going to miss having a snack bar in the backyard this winter.
