Recently hit 2.4k followers, so let's have a new introduction post!

Hi, I'm Nat (or Newt, if you prefer) and I'm an illustrator and comic artist in the UK.

I'm actively looking for cover gigs, I'm available for commission and I love sharing art, painting miniatures and reading comics.
A large illustration of (almost) every Autobot Transformer that appears in the 80s G1 cartoon, by me. A fan art illustration of Megatron and Optimus from the movie Transformers: One. Megatron rages with red light trailing from his eyes, while Optimus/Orion has been shot and falls. An illustration of 80s Filmation He-Man and Dreamworks She-Ra, in dappled sunlight. He-Man is giving She-Ra a piggyback. An illustration of Sonic the Hedgehog. Metal Sonic and Robotnik are harassing Sonic in the air.

Hazbin Hotel's Gravity and Lackadaisy's Last Call on YouTube have filled me with that funny feeling of 'proud of you for making it so far' but also 'God I wish that were me'.

Early 2000's webcomic scene was the real shit, yo.

I absolutely agree on the fun being all the vehicles, and how Classified's scale prohibits that.

I believe Hiya Toys are doing 1/18th Joes, so fingers crossed they dig into the vehicles. The Star Wars Vintage Collection has shown that 1/18th vehicles are more manageable.

Also, I know those feelings well. I made no plans to still be here past 30, and yet here I am at 42.

Things just keep surprising you, I guess.

Would I buy a regular Classified Hiss Tank? Yes.

Am I likely to ever afford one? No.

Would I buy an Arctic Cobra Hiss Tank? Hell No.

I've not been tagging them directly, but as they're a bit poorly maybe this will cheer them up. Hey @bighatdino.bsky.social, Finished the pencils on the bad guys! We're getting there.
A digital illustration by me, a work in progress, of the Action Force antagonists the Red Shadows. They're on a battlefield, there's explosions and flying vehicles!

Gonna have to check this out later myself. The YouTube ads are ridiculously aggressive of late.

You know what I think we should all do? Just start reply to stuff with positive comments.

Dickheads are so quick to comment, how about we tell people they look good? Their art is cool? The event sounds excellent. Whatever. Fucking hell, let’s just be openly nice for once.

Somehow, the NYCC photos of Studio Series 86 Thundercracker, the new Seeker mould, have actually turned me off it?
