I'm so sorry you have been through this hell. Abusers/rapists in our society are protected far more than their victims. Even when a case goes to court, every court case I've ever seen or read gives the same message - it's ok to abuse and violate women and children. The punishment is so lax. 😡 Sick.

I think this class action lawsuit is for anybody in Nova Scotia with disabilities who was housed in institutions like nursing homes and hospitals instead of in proper housing. (I read through some of the info but it's written by lawyers so who knows.) #halisky #novascotia #canada #disabilities
