Doom II (1994)

Sandy Petersen assumes his main antagonist role after his Inferno fluke. I love the SSG and the new enemies. But overall I think the game is still far weaker and inconsistent level design wise. Would've benefited greatly had Sandy did more stuff like Chasm and less abstract fuckshit.

my 10th (?) playthrough of this banger. I was a bit rusty since I hadn't played it since just before NuDoom released. The fact I can still get fully lost in it despite being on a call with 4+ oomfs I think speaks to how addicting it still is lmao. Masterpiece.
