That's good! I suggest when T-posing that you rotate the clavicle up a little in pose mode and toy with the upper arm bones until it's posed properly. There will always be that dip in the shoulder, but rotating/moving all the upper arms bones in pose mode can significantly reduce the dip.

I need to stress, however, that this script puts us in the /infancy/ stage of exporting. Exportation atm is not 100% flawless, as there's occassions where some bone(s) don't export or some bone(s) export, but no weight is there. However, it appears to be mostly functional and does its job
