Update on some things. In short, I'm aware I'm not streaming much. I'm depressed. I still have hope. I love my friends. I'm not going anywhere.

A note from Nekotomoton that says: I know I've been very absent lately. I guess this is sort of the obligatory "I'm not going anywhere post", but I'll try something different this time. I'll explain a few things. First, my plans to go back to school in the fall fell through. So, I'm fighting through a lot of depression, compounded with my usual anxiety. Strangely, burying myself in my art isn't as healing for me as it is for others. So I'm just kind rotting away when I'm not just at work. I still feel extremely driven to create, if count daydreaming and taking constant notes, "driven". So I haven't lost my love for this. I just feel a little more awakened to what I'm capable of right now, and admittedly, it feels a little bitter. I want to find the fun in this all again and frankly, when you're as self-loathing as I am, you don't easily find it in yourself. The silver lining to that is though, I've managed to make friends in this community. Friends who are a thousand times more talented and driven than I am and they push me to be more creative and not give up. I'm so thankful for them. I'm thankful that they've invited me into their worlds. And want to even know me at all. And it's because of them that I keep daydreaming to create more! Not for fame, not for fans, not for money. But for the sake of expression and sharing a fun world with my friends! I'm still here. And I'm still plotting and planning fun things for the future. I'm not going anywhere. 🦾
