I’ve watched the Heated Rivalry trailer (based on the book of the same name in the Game Changers series by @rachelreidwrites.bsky.social) that the algorithms now think I like and/or understand hockey & that I want to see hockey game highlights. This why AI doesn’t work. There’s no nuance.

For those unfamiliar & this headline is correct, the West Loop is one of the trendiest areas in Chicago where lots of young people live. It’s full of trendy restaurants & $13 cups of coffee & Swedish hiking gear stores. It hosts farmers markets & ARC music fest. They aren’t looking for gangs here.
