It held a spot in my heart because it showed at the dollar theater for the Saturday morning movies (which I got to go to even though we were not doing well economically). But when I saw it as an adult, there was nothing worth holding onto, and I’ve skipped all of the reboots for that reason

I don’t know what happened this year, but the street that always does fantastic Halloween displays did almost nothing this year. It’s been a serious bummer, because the spooky vibes on that street have always brought me so much joy
