I've learned to scale down the sketch and only to go from a screen fitting ratio to a square one if I feel like I'm going to loose too many details squishing things down. Never widening unless doing multiple critters

It's usually my warning too that my proportions are WAY off the usual.

It's completely valid. I don't think it's silly that characters we spend so much time thinking upon, developing them as a person with emotions, personality and relationships, eventually act upon their own or even reach out. Becoming less of a mirror and more of a window to act and perceive trough.

Incredible how much hearing a simple "Let's go ladies.", "THATS MY GIRL" or even a simple "YOU BITCH" trough what was a very brief, often silly interaction from the other party still manages to fill me with so much glee many months later.
