That's good to hear. My brother's was also caused by a clot apparently caused after a trip he took on one of his runs, which is rather ironic.

My brother, who is 10 years older than me and a lot fitter, runs, etc. also had a massive heart attack, and his life was saved by The Hampshire Air Ambulance. These services are critical. My brother recovered well back to running, playing sports. I hope you are regaining some strength. 💙

It is fascinating how the weather models are struggling with this storm tomorrow over the SE. The max weather gusts for my town range from 1 hour at 45mph (Met) to 4 hours at 58mph (BBC). While I hope the Met is right, some forecaster is going to be embarrassed.

It's nice to be reading about a few recent developments in technology & health. In 2026, expect sodium batteries to replace Lithium. At the same time, expect studies to show that a small micro dose of Lithium orate in water improves mental health, cuts suicide & potentially lowers dementia cases.
