The easiest way to form a good habit is to incorporate activities that slide into your routine, that you enjoy. Dump the shitty GymBro and look up some beginner fitness apps for easy helpful mobility stretches that can be done at home when gym or walking won't fit. Great progress so far, babe!

To be honest, family can be the actual worst at teaching kids that consent doesn't matter.
