Dunkel und leise brauche ich auch, aber beim Sarg wäre ich klaustrophobisch.

Zug und Flugzeug geht einigermaßen (nicht besonders gut oder erholsam), wenn ich einen Fensterplatz habe, eine Schlafmaske und Noise cancelling Kopfhörer mit Einschlafmeditation auf den Ohren.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie Menschen mit einer tickenden Uhr im Zimmer schlafen können.
Es ist mir wirklich völlig unbegreiflich.

Kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass das anstrengend war. Ist eine neue Situation, man ist angespannt und soll sich öffnen und in unangenehmen, schmerzhaften Dingen wühlen.

Ich wünsche dir und dem Zwerg, dass ihr beide zur Ruhe kommen könnt.

Dass du das möchtest, weiß ich noch von Twitter.
Ich vermute, was die Rechte angeht, kommt es wohl drauf dran, was du mit dem Hörbuch machst. Ob du das groß veröffentlichst und Geld dafür möchtest oder es nur im kleinen privaten Rahmen bleibt.
Ich fände es auf jeden Fall schön.
