I made it out yesterday for what might be my only day of shooting this fall. There was more water than I was expecting, but the foliage seemed like an odd combination of early leaf drop and green.

This feels like a gentle caress for the senses, so peaceful to look at.

A true hidden gem! What a wonderful hike it was to find it!
I just love the symmetry of this beautiful waterfall.
The photo is so lovely. It gives me such a fresh feeling with that lush green moss in the foreground and the swirling water in the plunge. It almost makes me want to jump in for a dip.

Yesterday I returned from two weeks in Iceland, but before leaving, I squeezed in a drone flight for some abstract river shots. Here, runoff from mineral-rich soil mixes with river water to make a spectrum of greens, yellows, and oranges.
