Thanks for putting up with my griefposts I feel like I do it too much. I’ve had like one really really good month and of course in the last couple days I just sorta meteored back down. I have a few ideas of what it might be—medical, neurological—but as it stands I just have to live with it. Sorry.

Been feeling like a fuckup a lot recently like I just keep stumbling my way into making things worse a lot of the time I try to help. Not sure if it’s exactly learned helplessness but a lot of it is like “if I don’t do anything then I can’t make things worse”.
