more hours or even days depending on complexity and that $80 turns into less than U.S. minimum wage, making it harder to sustain myself on commissions alone. So I don’t know if charging hourly is something feasible in the world of commissions. I don’t know if any other designer even does that. 😔

Should I open up overlays commission on VGen?

I’ve contemplated it because I’ve done them in the past, but say I charge $80 for them, get them done within an hour, that’s great. But me as a designer, I take longer to make sure my work is the best it can be. And that one hour can easily turn into

They are basically losing the biggest investments in the western VTuber scene they have had in recent years. It seems to me that something internally is happening that is causing such big talents such as Ame, Fauna, Mumei (aside from her condition) and now most likely Gura.
