I've been teaching myself to code for over a year. I've built small games like Space Invaders and Flappy Bird, and practiced with pure Python. Every few months I thought I was ready for my own game, but each time it collapsed like a house of cards🔽

I watched Sergei Parajanov’s "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors" for the first time and am utterly stunned, above all by how deeply he delved into Ukrainian folklore. Every frame radiates his effort to grasp the essence of the Ukrainian people, weaving a magnificent synergy between visuals and music.

Partly, yes, I was inspired by Dostoevsky and all of Russian literature and cinema. But in this case, I was more inspired by Andrei Platonov—almost every one of his works.
