I also asked Jenkyns about climate change, which she says is the result of "natural cycles".

Asked whether there is anything unusual about record-high temperatures over recent years, she told me "things can be presented in certain ways".

Hall is leader of the London Assembly's Conservative group. The image she quote-posted in April shows the mayor struggling to stay afloat in water and was originally captioned by its author: “What would you throw to save Khan?”
