When I was 7, I would get on the school bus at around 8:30 or so. So, I would watch TV. There wouldn't be much on (except SpongeBob, I guess). So, I settled for Power Rangers Turbo on Jetix. I wasn't into action shows (except Avatar) and hated Jetix cuz it was slowly devouring Toon Disney's airtime. But then, I heard that the red ranger's name was Tommy. That led to imagine the characters as the Rugrats, which made me not change the channel immediately

btw, here's the other two times I did a color palette challenge with Art Blockers characters
