Why are my glasses always smudged!? I would think I’d notice if I was poking myself in my own eyes, CONSTANTLY, all day. Am I entering a fugue state & licking them? Are there tiny grease gremlins that smear them every time I blink? What is this madness.

Swapping Halloween decorations for Thanksgiving today. I’m also donating to Feeding America & World Central Kitchen. Both have excellent ratings on Charity Navigator. I like that they spend .01/.02 on advertising for every $1 they earn. Everyone deserves food, & they do their best to provide it.

This looks REALLY similar to how my german ex great grandmother in law makes her red cabbage! She’s more likely to use apple slices than sugar- but the rest is close! And it’s so stinking good.

I wish I could send a thank you card to everyone that treated my 14 year old kindly when he showed up to trick or treat. He hasn’t gone in a couple years now, he was afraid people would be mad because he’s tall & would think he’s too old. He had a bad week & this turned everything around.
