HSA's are bullshit. It allows you to allocate pre-tax money from your paycheck to pay for medical expenses, but they're usually paired with high deductible plans. So you can save thousands and have it all wiped out with a broken ankle and a trip to the emergency room. The next year you start again.

I'm not defending her, but I don't think that's what she's saying. I think she's saying if it's perfectly safe then why did they cordon off an area to protect her ingress and egress.
