Hi! I'm Shiuri!

I'm a FFXIV player who primarily plays on Famfrit (with Nova on the left), and Bismarck (with Lumien on the right).

I may dabble a bit with lore and screenshots of my characters.

Besides FFXIV, I enjoy playing Reverse 1999 and Metaphor: ReFantazio.

World Trigger is the main series that influenced the creation of Nova. Her character, job and color scheme is based off of Chika (the girl on the lower left of the picture). I could go on about how the anime/manga influenced Nova but it's a long story.

Nova's last name takes the -wyn from the female roegadyn naming convention. Her full name (Nova Vanerwyn) has a very unnoticeable nod to the Plainsfolk lalafell naming convention. So basically there's a nod into Nova's life with being a lalafell that's part of a roegadyn family.

Originally I wanted to play as a viera, but couldn’t due to starting with the free trial. I debated choosing between lalafell and roegadyn. I chose lalafell in the end and that's how I created Nova. I worked the roegadyn aspect of the decision in her name and Nova being part of a roe family.

Been a few weeks since I've posted anything FFXIV related, so here's a snippet of the new sage glam I have for Lumien!

I've been taking periodical breaks from the game to enjoy other hobbies, so I haven't doing much for my oc's lore and such recently.

Haven't been posting a lot of ffxiv stuff recently due to mild burnout with the game and interest in getting back into other hobbies/games. Will get back to posting things for Nova and Lumien once I have the motivation to do so.

Nova would start summoning Ifrit, Titan and Garuda in her early days as a summoner. After the Myths of the Realm quest line, she would primarily summon an egi version of Ramuh. The reason for Ramuh is due to him being similar to Nova's patron deity, Rhalgr in terms of appearance and elements.
