Unfortunately as it's not my main job I'm never about at the available collection times, so for now at least it's dropping it at the post office, this time next year that might have changed though

Oh I know, but in this case I never even got through the door! RM add a 20p surcharge to my postage for using the Post Office, I assume all of that goes to the Post Office as their commission

The local Post Office refused to take today's parcels despite being pre-paid and dropped off long before closing, luckily the Royal Mail postie collecting them told them it wasn't on and processed them himself before dealing with their stuff. not what is needed, especially at this time of year!
