Saw an AI shill on LinkedIn trying to use the fact that Hip Hop artists got away with sampling tracks in the 80’s so AI is inevitable…

Thing is there are tonnes of examples of the court siding with the artist who was sampled, or an out of court settlement showing that sampling was infringement.
