80% of our HOD’s were women. 59% of our crew identified as women or non-binary. We focused on hiring inclusively in camera, sound & lighting, where representation is lowest. This isn’t tokenism. It’s structure.

It’s Paul 😂😂

It’s been an adventure with the hair, tried stripping it after the shoot, but it turned blonde/orange and we had to leave for a holiday the next day so best we could do was to go dark again…it’s currently light brown, I’ll be grey again in January at this rate 😂😂
